Patna, June 25 -- Senior member of Congress Working Committee(CWC) B K Hari Prasad today alleged that the country was passing through an undeclared emergency under the Narendra Modi government.
Prasad told mediapersons here that the Modi government had demolished all constitutional institutions in the country and all were being forced to toe the line of RSS. Even the Election Commission was not being allowed to function fairly and independently, denting the democratic structure of the country, he lamented.
The Congress leader alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had no concern for the people of Bihar and his every visit to the state, put a burden of Rs 100 crores on state exchequer. Huge public money was being spent for his visit but...
