Patna, Nov. 13 -- The counting of votes for all 243 assembly constituencies will be taken up at 8 a.m. on Friday under tight security arrangements across 46 counting centers set up in the 38 districts of the state.

According to the Chief Electoral Officer, the counting will commence with postal ballots, followed by the counting of votes recorded in Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs). The entire process will be closely monitored through CCTV cameras and video recordings to ensure transparency.

Officials confirmed that the election results will be announced in a completely transparent manner and the counting process will take place in the presence of observers and agents, with continuous videography.
