Thiruvananthapuram, Aug. 4 -- The Kerala Agricultural Technical Staff Association (KATSA) has alleged that the long-overdue general transfers in the Department of Agriculture Development and Farmers' Welfare have been sabotaged by a flawed software system developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), exposing the department's failure to uphold a fair, transparent, and corruption-free process.
According to the association, the core issue lies with the NIC-developed software- not the transfer norms and a comprehensive restructuring of the system is urgently needed.
