Chenna, March 28 -- The principal Opposition AIADMK MLAs were evicted from the
Tamil Nadu Assembly on Friday after Speaker M Appavu refused persmission to them
to raise the murder of a cop at Usilampatti in Madurai.
During Zero Hour, when Leader of the Opposition and AIADMK General Secretary
Edappadi K Palaniswami sought to move a Special Call Attention motion in this regard,
Leader of the House and Water Resources Minister Duraimurugan said only if the
motions are given in a proper manner it could be taken up for a debate.
Following this, the Speaker the Special Calling Attention could not be taken up for
debate. today.
