Khargone (MP), Oct. 19 -- A sub-inspector has committed suicide by hanging himself at a hotel in this district headquarters, police said.
The body of Akshay Singh Kushwaha (30), who was posted at Ashoknagar Police Station, was found in Room Number 202 of Hotel Gopal. He took the extreme step yesterday.
Kushwaha hailed from Guna district. He reached the hotel at about 1:00 a.m. At about 12:30 p.m., when hotel employees knocked on the door, there was no response.
The hotel management informed the law-enforcement authorities.
