Mumbai, June 25 -- The issue of recently appointed ministers by Devendra Fadnavis-led government the issue on Tuesday rocked the lower House, with the opposition Congress terming it "unconstitutional" while the Chief Minister defended the move saying the state would submit a detailed reply in this regard in the High Court.

The Bombay HC has sought response from former Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly and present Housing minister Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil, NCP-turned-Shiv Sena leader Jaydutt Kshirsagar and RPI(A) leader Avinash Mahatekar who were recently appointed as ministers in the state government.
