Latur, Sept. 23 -- Heavy rain has continued in Latur district for the third consecutive day, prompting the administration to issue an alert for villages situated along rivers.
Citizens have been urged to remain cautious and follow safety measures to avoid mishaps.
The Manjara, Terna, Rena, Tavarja and other medium and small irrigation projects have reached full capacity. Water has been released into the Manjara river from these projects over the last few days.
