Ranchi, Nov. 16 -- The Congress Party to begin the National Media Talent Hunt Program in Jharkhand as part of a nationwide initiative to identify and appoint new spokespersons.

Addressing a press conference, Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh announced that the All India Congress Committee (AICC) will conduct a structured selection process to appoint spokespersons at both state and regional levels through this talent-driven exercise.

He informed that Jharkhand has been divided into seven zones for the program. The first zone includes Palamu, the second Kolhan, the third comprises Deoghar, Dumka and Jamtara, the fourth covers Sahibganj, Godda and Pakur, the fifth includes Ramgarh, Chatra, Koderma and Hazar...
