Patna, Dec. 25 -- After facing a debacle in the recently concluded Bihar assembly election, the Congress party is now identifying efficient leaders from Panchayat to district level.
Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) president Rajesh Ram on Thursday directed district observers to identify efficient Congress leaders at the panchayat, block and district levels and submit reports on both strong and weak leadership within the organisation.
Addressing an important meeting of district observers at the state Congress headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram, Ram instructed the observers to visit their assigned districts and blocks by January 8.
