Shimla, Dec. 17 -- The All India Congress Committee (AICC) is likely to announce the new office bearers of the District Congress Committees (DCCs) in Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday.
The development follows a series of high-level consultations in New Delhi involving senior Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, and newly appointed HPCC president Vinay Kumar.
According to informed sources, the AICC is set to revive the district-level organisational units, which have remained defunct for nearly 14 months following the dissolution of all frontal organisations in October 2024.
