Patna, June 2 -- Congress on Monday slammed Nitish Kumar government for rape and death of a minor Dalit girl in Kurhni of Muzaffarpur district and took out a protest march to voice its anger over the incident.
Congress took out protest march named as " Halla Bol " to voice its anger over the incident of rape of a minor Dalit girl who was also attacked by the culprits with sharp edged weapon causing serious injuries on 20 spots of her body at Kurhni in Muzaffarpur on May 26.
