New Delhi, July 2 -- The Congress party today slammed the central government's decision to allow cab aggregators such as Ola, Uber, and Rapido to implement dynamic pricing up to twice the base fare during peak hours, calling it a move that will further burden the common man.
In a post on social media platform X, Congress called the policy "bad news" for daily commuters and accused the Modi government of "burning a hole in the pockets" of ordinary citizens.
"Do you also travel by Ola, Uber, or Rapido? If yes, then there's some bad news for you. The Modi government has allowed cab aggregators to charge double the base fare during peak hours."
