Ranchi, Dec. 31 -- The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee on Weddday strongly condemned the remarks made by Babulal Marandi against Chief Minister Hemant Soren, terming them low-level and reflective of a regressive mindset.

Addressing a press statement, state Congress spokesperson Sonal Shanti said that the language used against a person holding a constitutional post was highly objectionable and unbecoming of a senior leader. She alleged that such remarks reflected the political culture imparted by the BJP and amounted to a violation of linguistic and democratic decorum.
