New Delhi, Oct. 12 -- Congress leader Pawan Khera on Sunday hit out at union Home Minister Amit Shah for attributing the rise in the Muslim population to "infiltration," calling the remark divisive and asking what the Home Minister had been doing for the last 11 years.
