Patna, Oct. 17 -- Amidst growing tension among constituents of Grand Alliance which is struggling to finalise seat sharing among its partners for Bihar assembly elections, the Congress party released its first list of 48 candidates late tonight.
AICC General secretary K C Venugopal released the list for both first and second phase of the election polling for which are slated for November 6 and 11 respectively.
