Hyderabad, Nov. 9 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC Dr. Dasoju Sravan today alleged that the Congress party, fearing certain defeat in the Jubilee Hills by-election scheduled for November 11, was indulging in a series of planned and systematic electoral malpractices.
He accused the Congress government of openly violating the Model Code of Conduct and attempting to destroy the democratic system through large-scale irregularities.
Dr. Sravan expressed serious concern over the misuse of official machinery and the manner in which the Congress leaders were influencing the election process.
