Patna, March 23 -- Congress on Sunday kept cards closed to its chest on the issue of alliance with RJD in the next Bihar assembly elections, saying a decision about it would be taken and communicated to all at an appropriate time.
Congress Media and Publicity Chairman Pawan Khera told media persons here that the decision on alliance with RJD would be taken at an appropriate moment and communicated to all. It was not necessarily to reply to the question on alliance and the media would also be informed about it at an opportune moment, he added.
Khera said that he was concerned about the deteriorating health conditions of Chief Minister Kumar. The health condition of Bihar was more important than that of Chief Minister Kumar, he stressed.
