Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 2 -- As suspended Congress MLA Rahul Mamkootathil continues to remain absconding in a sexual assault case, the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) has escalated its intervention by forwarding a fresh sexual assault complaint to state police chief Ravada A. Chandrasekhar (DGP).
The move comes amid intensified efforts by the Kerala Police, who have issued a statewide and all-India lookout notice, strengthened border surveillance, alerted all airports, and initiated coordinated tracking with police units in neighbouring states to locate the fugitive legislator.
