Patna, May 21 -- Bihar Rural Development Minister and senior leader of Janata Dal United (JDU) Shrawan Kumar alleged that Congress did not care for the women of Bihar and the country for decades, and was now making false promises in greed for power in the election year.
Talking to reporters here on Wednesday, Kumar said the women of Bihar were now aware and conscious and knew clearly who cared about their future and who was only doing vote bank politics.
Without taking the name of RJD, a major alliance partner of the Grand Alliance, he alleged that those getting the land and houses of the poor registered in their name in exchange for jobs can never be well-wishers of the public.
