Lucknow, Oct. 30 -- Rajya Sabha Deputy Leader of Opposition and Senior Congress leader Pramod Tiwari has strongly criticized the Election Commission of India's (ECI) decision to launch a special voter revision campaign in 12 states following Bihar, calling it an act done under "political pressure."Tiwari questioned the urgency behind the ECI's move while the matter related to the Special Summary Revision (SIR) in Bihar is still pending before the Supreme Court. He demanded to know why the Commission has failed to disclose which communities or religious groups had names removed from Bihar's voter list.
