Patna, Sept. 24 -- An Extended Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting at the historic Sadaqat Ashram in Patna today focused on the party's 'Vote Chori' campaign and a major organisational overhaul.

Briefing the media, Congress General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal described the party's Bihar headquarters as a venue of "energy and enthusiasm," noting its emotional significance for Congress workers.
