Hyderabad, Nov. 26 -- Telangana BJP President N. Ramchander Rao on Wednesday alleged that the Congress party had violated the Constitution multiple times since Independence and continued to show disrespect toward it for political benefit.
Speaking as chief guest at Constitution Day celebrations organised by the BJP SC Morcha at Press Club, Rao accused Congress leaders of carrying the Constitution only symbolically while failing to uphold its true spirit.
"They should not just hold the Constitution in hand and spread falsehoods. They must learn to respect it," he said.
