Patna, June 5 -- The BJP on Thursday said that the then Congress government at the Centre had imposed emergency in mid mid-seventies trampling the constitution, so the party had no right to talk on issues like saving the constitution.

Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal told media persons here that the Congress government at the Centre in mid-seventies had imposed emergency, trampling the constitution.
