Bengaluru, Oct. 25 -- Leader of Opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Council Chalavadi Narayanaswamy today said the Congress government has lost the trust of the people and is now focused on burdening citizens instead of governance, alleging that the administration has turned exploitative in nature.

Addressing the 'Sankalpa' meeting of BJP leaders and workers under the Byatarayanapura Assembly constituency, he said people, particularly women, are openly expressing their anger against the government. "It is unfortunate that we still have to tolerate this government for another two and a half years," he remarked.

He further said Congress has shattered the founding vision of Kempegowda and allowed Bengaluru's growth to become unbalanced. ...
