Hyderabad, Aug. 22 -- BRS working president K T Rama Rao (KTR) today launched a sharp attack on the Congress government, blaming it for the ongoing urea shortage that has hit farmers across Telangana.
Talking to media here, he said the ruling party's "incompetence and lack of administrative vision" have pushed farmers into distress, warning that the downfall of the Congress government has already begun.
