Patna, April 19 -- Bihar Health Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Mangal Pandey, claimed on Saturday that Congress has foiled the plans of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) by making Leader of Opposition Tejaswi Prasad Yadav the Convener of the INDI Alliance state coordination committee.
Pandey further claimed that the Congress being fully aware of Bihar's real politics has blocked RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav's strong desire to make Tejaswi Yadav the chief minister through its political ploy.
