Kozhikode, Sept. 20 -- Mahila Congress General Secretary of Kerala's Kozikode district P K Pushpavally, died in a road accident at the Vadakara bus stand today.
According to police, the incident took place around 10:45 AM at Vadakara new bus stand. Pushpavally (65), her daughter, and granddaughter were waiting for a bus to travel to Kannur.
A private bus, "Hare Ram," bound for Payyoli, hit Pushpavally. She then fell, following which the rear wheel of the bus ran over her legs.
