Patna, Oct. 31 -- The Congress today demanded a judicial inquiry into the murder of Dularchand Yadav, who was campaigning for Jan Suraj candidate in Mokama, alleging that the incident was politically motivated and symptomatic of Bihar's deteriorating law and order situation under the NDA government.
Addressing reporters here, Congress MP Akhilesh Singh said an inquiry should be conducted by a sitting judge of the Patna High Court, asserting that only a judicial probe could uncover the truth.
"We demand strict action and a judicial investigation. The circumstances in which this murder took place indicate political interference. Only a sitting judge's inquiry can ensure that the real culprits are exposed and justice is delivered," Singh sai...
