Patna, Dec. 17 -- Congress on Wednesday demanded public apology from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other top BJP leaders for misusing Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in National Herald case, saying a Delhi Court has rejected chargesheet filed against them in the case.
Congress leaders took out protest march from Income Tax roundabout to state headquarters of BJP in Patna, to vent their anger against Narendra Modi government for misusing the ED against leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi in National Herald case, as the Court had refused to accept the chargesheet against them on Tuesday.
