Hyderabad, Nov. 2 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy today accused the ruling Congress party of resorting to lies, threats and appeasement politics during the Jubilee Hills by-election campaign.
Addressing a press conference here at the BJP state office, he alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was "crossing all limits" in his desperation to win the seat.
Kishan Reddy further claimed that the Congress government, under pressure from the AIMIM, had allotted valuable defence and government lands for graveyards in Mehdipatnam and Erragadda, while ignoring requests for temple development.
