Hyderabad, Jan. 31 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu said on Saturday that the Congress and its state governments are committed to the uplift and welfare of persons with disabilities.
Speaking after meeting members of the Divyang Child Women Welfare Society from Kerala at Praja Bhavan here, he said persons with disabilities are an integral part of society and emphasised that governments have a responsibility to ensure their social and economic advancement.
