Bengaluru, Oct. 4 -- The Congress is capable enough to decide who leads in Karnataka, asserted AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal here today, as he brusquely brushed aside the incessant speculation about a mid-term change of guard in the state.
"The Congress is perfectly capable of deciding its own leadership. That responsibility rests with us, not with others," Venugopal told reporters, the impatience in his tone unmistakable.
