Patna, March 14 -- Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Rajesh Ram on Saturday criticised the Central government over the reported shortage of LPG cylinders and petroleum products, alleging that people were facing hardship due to supply disruptions.

Addressing a press conference here, Ram said long queues were being seen at several places for LPG cylinders and people were facing difficulties in obtaining fuel.

He claimed that reports from different parts of the country suggested that people had to wait for hours in line for LPG cylinders.

The Congress leader alleged that despite the seriousness of the situation, the Central government was not paying adequate attention to the issue.
