New Delhi, Nov. 14 -- The Congress party has launched a blistering attack on the outcome of the Bihar assembly elections, alleging widespread vote tampering that they claim swung the results in favour of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi, union Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Election Commission of being the architects of this alleged fraud, calling the results a reflection of "vote chori on a gigantic scale".
