New Delhi, July 3 -- The Congress today leveled serious allegations against the Election Commission of India (ECI), claiming that deliberate attempts are being made to compromise the integrity of the electoral process, and accused it of acting as a "pawn" in this process.
Addressing a media conference at the AICC headquarters here, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera along with Bihar Congress chief Rajesh Kumar and Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru alleged that the top poll body is being misused to undermine the fundamental right to vote and that efforts are underway to redraw the entire voter list in Bihar.
