Bikramganj (Bihar), May 30 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday alleged that Congress and RJD had done nothing for Dalits and backwards in Bihar when they were in power.
Addressing a public meeting at Bikramganj in Rohtas district of Bihar, the PM said that while Congress and RJD remained in power in the state for a long time, both did nothing for Dalits and backwards. Dalits and other weaker sections of the society were forced to migrate to other states of the country during 'jungle raj' of RJD," he said.
