Srinagar, June 26 -- All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Incharge J&K & Ladakh affairs Sayeed Naseer Hussain today said that the party shall intensify the struggle for restoration of statehood to J&K.
Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Naseer lashed out at the BJP and Centre government for delay in granting statehood to J&K, after committing the same in Parliament and before the Supreme Court.
Flanked by J&K Congress President Tariq Karra, AICC General Secretary & CLP Leader G A Mir and other leaders Naseer said he held detailed deliberations with party leaders during his current visit here and earlier in Jammu he asked party cadres to intensify the ongoing movement.
