Bengaluru, Aug. 31 -- A fresh round of political sparring broke out in Karnataka after Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar recited the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) prayer inside the Legislative Assembly.
While the Congress sought to portray the recital as proof that the Sangh's ideology should not be glorified, suspended BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal today hit back strongly, defending the anthem and launching a sharp counterattack on the ruling party.
