Bengaluru, May 27 -- Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President DK Shivakumar on Tuesday called for stringent legal action against BJP MLC N Ravi Kumar following his controversial remarks about Kalaburagi Deputy Commissioner Fouzia Taranum. Speaking to the press, Shivakumar emphasized, "There is no alternative but to initiate legal action against the BJP MLC. She (Fouzia Taranum) is an IAS officer of great integrity, and it is unacceptable for her to be spoken about in such a disrespectful manner."
