Bengaluru, Oct. 22 -- Congress MLA and North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) chairman Raju Kage has voiced concerns over delayed government payments, pointing out a shortfall of 900 crore rupees under the Shakti scheme, which provides free travel for women.
