New Delhi, May 7 -- Congress on Wednesday gave its full support to the Indian armed forces for taking bold action against the terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir under 'Operation Sindoor'.
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge had convened an emergency informal meeting which was attended by Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and other senior leaders to discuss the current security situation.
Talking to the media after the meeting here, Kharge said, "We are proud of our Indian Armed Forces who have given a befitting reply by taking bold action against the terrorist bases in Pakistan and PoK under 'Operation Sindoor'.
