Dharmshala, Feb. 9 -- Former Chief Minister and BJP leader and leader of opposition in the Himachal Pradesh assembly, Jairam Thakur, launched a sharp attack on the Congress leadership and the Chief Minister, questioning whether the government was unaware of the state's financial condition while making "false and unrealistic" guarantees to the people.
