Agra (UP), March 7 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda on Thursday criticised previous Congress governments at the centre and said while late PMs Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi bestowed upon themselves the Bharat Ratna, Dr B R Ambedkar was overlooked until BJP came to power.
