Bengaluru, April 24 -- Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Thursday hit out at Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and the Congress party over their remarks following the Pahalgam terror attack, alleging that the grand old party failed to curb terrorism during its decades in power due to its appeasement-driven politics.

Reacting to statements made by Siddaramaiah and Minister Priyank Kharge on the alleged intelligence failure, Vijayendra said, "Rather than pointing fingers at the Centre, I urge the honourable Chief Minister to introspect.
