Kangra, Feb. 21 -- Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Kuldeep Singh Rathore on Thursday demanded that relief compensation to the family of Pulwama martyr Tilak Raj be enhanced from Rs 25 lakh to Rs one crore, as has been done for Pulwama martyrs, by Punjab and Madhya Pradesh governments.
