Agartala, Feb. 27 -- The opposition Congress demanded an independent probe into the allegations of corruption in passing MBBS courses from society run Tripura Medical College (TMC) affiliated under Tripura Central University.
Allegedly, a section of faculties and officials of TMC and Tripura University manipulated the exam results to collect a large sum of money. The racket reportedly runs into the extent of ensuring the successful completion of MBBS exams, which triggered a serious concern.
