Bengaluru, Nov. 22 -- Amid rising tensions within Karnataka's Congress, AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge is in the city at a time when Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar's supporters are pressing for him to assume the chief minister's role for the remainder of the government's term.
