Shimla, Nov. 22 -- The All India Congress Committee (AICC) today issued a fresh organisational directive for Himachal Pradesh, appointing district-wise observers to supervise the selection of District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents under the ongoing Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan.
The order, signed by AICC in-charge for Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh, Rajani Patil, puts in place a complete oversight structure across all 12 districts with immediate effect.
According to the communique, Chamba district will be overseen by Gokul Butail, Devinder Jaggi and Saurav Chauhan, while the team for Kangra comprises Asha Kumar, Vikender Dharmani and Devender Negi. Observers named for Lahaul-Spiti include Devinder Shyam, Vikas Kapoor and Rohit Vats Dham...
