Bengaluru, Oct. 15 -- Karnataka legislative council leader of Opposition Chalavadi Narayanswamy today strongly criticized Congress leader Priyank Kharge's recent remarks on Dalits and the RSS, accusing the party of systematic marginalization of Dalits and obstruction of their political and social development.
Narayanswamy said, "Congress has historically been a 'burning house' for Dalits.
