Shimla, Jan. 4 -- Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has directed senior officials of all districts to work actively under the 'Apna Vidyalaya - Himachal School Adoption Programme'.
He issued instructions in a virtual meeting held with the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts here on Friday evening.
He said that under this programme, various officials from the district level to the sub-division level have been provided to adopt government schools with the aim of improving the quality of teaching and other activities. He directed that the list of schools adopted under this programme in the state should be submitted to the government by January 5, 2026.
